The platform, which is  first ever Children’s Theatre Festival in Nigeria, billed for  Wednesday 27th to Saturday 30th of June, 2018, in Abuja, will also serve as an advocacy platform for the recognition and appreciation of talents that lie within young people.
While each performance provides an opportunity for performers and over 5000 spectators to explore their concerns as young children through art, there would be theatre which helps build children’s creativity and develop skills besides being a form of education.
The festival has received the support of various organizations including DAAR Communications (AIT/RAYPOWER), National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools, National Centre for Women’s Development, DOXA Digital, Jabi Lake Mall and various media organisations.
Original performances are being put together by individual performers and twenty school groups including Glisten International School, Bankys Private School, Stella Maris College, Raberto Schools, Everest Heights Academy, Lela Blossom School, Hill Side School, Doveland International School, Beautiful Beginnings Standard Intellectuals School, among others.
According to the organiser, the festival promises to be interesting, engaging and educative for children and their caregivers.
